Buyer Offers & Bidding

• Users must not manipulate bidding activity or submit fake offers.

Google Sign-In & Data Usage

This platform uses Google Sign-In to enable secure property submissions and media uploads.

• Property photos may be uploaded to Google Drive.
• Listing data and bid information may be stored in Google Sheets.
• We only request permissions necessary for platform functionality.
• We do not sell or share personal user data with unrelated third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Buy Sale Portal BD acts as a digital property marketplace platform only.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted property information.
• We are not responsible for disputes, losses, fraud, or legal issues arising from property transactions.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own legal and financial verification.
• The platform may experience temporary interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.

Account & Platform Rules

• Users must not attempt unauthorized access, spam uploads, or system abuse.
